EMMIS TELEVISION NAMES COX TELEVISION’S NATIONAL REP COMPANIES FOR ALL STATIONS

Indianapolis – EMMIS Communications Corporation (Nasdaq: EMMS) today announced it has consolidated the national representation of its 15-station Television Division under Cox Television’s umbrella of station rep companies.

“By choosing the Cox Television family of rep companies, EMMIS is obtaining the highest quality national representation for our entities,” Randy Bongarten, President of EMMIS Television said. “We are excited to be able to enter this agreement with Cox Television, and look forward to a great partnership.”

WALA-TV (Mobile) and KSNW-TV (Wichita) will join EMMIS property WFTX-TV (Ft. Myers) at Telerep, the top billing TV sales rep firm with over a billion and a half dollars in annual billing.

WVUE-TV (New Orleans), WKCF-TV (Orlando), WLUK-TV (Green Bay), KGMB-TV (Honolulu), KRQE-TV (Albuquerque) and KSNT-TV (Topeka) will be represented by HRP.

KOIN-TV (Portland), KMTV (Omaha), KGUN-TV (Tucson), WTHI-TV (Terre Haute), KHON-TV (Honolulu) and WSAZ-TV (Charleston-Huntingon, WV) will be represented by MMT.
